Come Follow Me

After discussing the needs of the Come Follow Me program with the Stake Presidency, the Stake Young Women Presidency is visiting the wards and issuing a challenge to all the leaders. While one leader is giving the lesson, the whole time belongs to the young women to thoughtfully listen and share as they learn the doctrine. We would ask that the other leader be silently helpful. We will be discussing this challenge at our next leadership meeting in October.

Please Delete:
       "We aren't going to get through what I've prepared for the lesson today" or anything similar!

DO ask questions that begin with:
       "What do you think?
       "How does this make you feel?"
       "What stood out to you in this scripture/talk/video?"
   

Quick Notes:

In Opening Exercises:
      * If the coming week is for class activities, announce the activities in your individual classes. Going over everyone's activities uses valuable class time. Leaders should know what their class is doing because it should have been planned and reported at BYC with the Bishop.

       *If there is a joint activity, a short announcement should be given.
